I am planning on sellint my AR, but not because of a possible ban. It just isn't as much fun as I though it would be.

I wouldn't buy an AR right now. Any legislation that may occur is not going to happen overnight. I go to a lot of stores and I'm seeing a lot of, especially S&W M&P's, AR's flying out the door. Many seem to be being bought by casual shooters at best.I think the market is just about saturated and a ton are going to be sold used in the coming months between Christmas and April 15th. That'll drive down prices.
