    3rd shooting at a SoCal Denny's within a week!

1 Killed In Shooting At Calif Denny's- 3rd Death This Wk

ANAHEIM, Calif. -AP---A gunman opened fire early Friday at a Denny's -DENN- restaurant, killing one man and seriously wounding another, police said.

It was the third fatal shooting at the restaurant chain in Southern California this week.

The 2:45 a.m. local time shooting happened after a fight between two large groups inside the restaurant, said Sgt. Rick Martinez of the Anaheim Police Department.

One victim re-entered the restaurant after being shot and died inside, Martinez said. The other victim was taken to a hospital and was expected to survive.

The gunman was being sought by authorities. The shooting did not appear to be gang-related, Martinez said.

The shooting was the third in a Southern California Denny's in three days. In Pismo Beach on Wednesday, a transient with two guns walked into the restaurant at lunchtime, fatally shot two men and wounded a married couple before committing suicide.

And in Ontario, a 37-year-old man was fatally shot in a Denny's parking lot Thursday after a fight. The gunman was still being sought.
What is up with all these Denny's shootings? Related?

In all these cases, I'll be there were more than a few wishing they had CCW. Betting that the media and politicians in CA will turn this into another excuse for more gun control laws

      The answer is obvious

Feinstein and the rest of the gang need to ban Denny's !
These places are patently dangerous and need to be outlawed

On the other hand pro-guns can do the opposite and use these incidents as very excellent reason why pesonal firearms and CCWs are very important.

Lightning can't possibly strike a fourth time in the "same" place. Denny's should be the safest place in the world at this point.

It took a lunatic killing 23 people (and then himself) at a Luby's diner in Killeen, TX on October 16th, 1991 to get the ball rolling on Texans right to carry concealed weapons.
One young lady watched both her parents murdered and made it her mission to get concealed carry in TX. She succeeded and we've had CCW since 1996.

I understand that CA is not TX. I lived in SoCal for 5 years. But, getting a CCW in CA is not impossible. Too bad more people don't try to get their permits. Incidents like this could be prevented or at least lessened.

It took a lunatic at 101 California street in San Francisco for California to push for the assault weapons ban, which amongst other things, took away the dreaded hellfire trigger actuator which the guy used on his Tec-9s....

There was a CCW holder in the building as well, who was 1 floor up from the massacre. Had his company allowed him to carry at the office, he would've stopped the guy quite easily. Eyewitness account said the perp had trouble reloading his hi-cap magazines, which would've given any armed citizen time to put him down. Of course the only press that carried this little tidbit was the NRA magazine...

from what i know, these guys got in a fight at club boogie in OC and they ended up seeing each other there. They were vietnamese from my knowledge. Those a-holes always start fights, thus the reason i dont club there anymore. And i'm pretty dang sure it was gang related.
