Shoot and Reload with the Pros! Creedmoor Sports has served the Precision Shooting Community for over 40 years in Centerfire, Small-bore, Air Rifle and Pistol Disciplines.

    On sale right now too.

I have been using this one for about 5 years for XTC 2, 3, 600 yd Highpower matches. Its also good enough to read the mirage also.

I can tell you NOT to buy a Barska Spotting Scope. I bought one and it is difficult to see out of.

If that one that cfm can see out to 600 yards, you cant go wrong with a price of $75.
I was going to recommend the Kronos, the BIG one, it can easily see 223 holes at 250 yards. Costs about $300 and weighs something like 8lbs. Hectic is also correct. Barska is ok out to 75-100 yards but you cant see bullet holes in paper much past that.

          I should clarify

that you can't see .223 bullet holes at 600 yds. At 600 I use it for score keeping as target puller would put up a 2" disk to show where impact is. I can see the holes at 300 though.

I would use a Celestron telescope with an image correcting lens. 10 year warranty, large objective lenses, but it might be fragile compared to a spotting scope.

            What's your price range?

When funds become available, I was going to do this:

Celestron 52268 C90 Mak Spotting scope

            Celestron 93230 8 to 24mm 1.25 Zoom Eyepiece

Celestron 93610 AstroMaster AZ Tripod for Small telescopes

You'll be right under $300 for a set up that can see the rings of saturn and the holes on paper at 600 yrds.
