Oehler 35P help needed-Sonoma County

I bought a used Oehler 35P chronograph. I don't know if what I received is a complete unit, or if it is, does it work? Is there anyone in Sonoma County that could help me check it out and give me the basics on how to start using it? I can come to your location.
