Master Sticky - Stuff People, Gun shops, and Ranges should know?

Good idea/bad idea?

This is the best source of information about the peculiarities of buying and owning firearms in California (maybe the world), but, the information is scattered throughout the site. Generally, you learn by seeing something flow by in a thread, and then maybe you'll go check out the relevant sticky. Or, a conscientious person might go and just go and find and read the stickies.

Maybe a good idea to create a master sticky or section that consolidates all that information? Bullet buttons, AR pistols, SSE's, magazine rules, etc. Possibly even downloadable as a booklet that can be printed by the gun shops?

Sounds like a good idea, you should go through all the different threads and post some information instead of expecting everyone else to do it.

Why would you assume I expect everyone else to do it? I would certainly volunteer to be part of a wider effort, but only in a copy/paste capacity.
