Lookin for some advice on some old 30-06 ammo i picked up at an estate sale. It's Winchester CXP2 in original container. 3 packs total, two are still sealed...
From what I gather from the lot number (contains the letters FF), it's from either 1964 or 1986. (leaning towards 86 due to the packaging).
Also picked up an old yellow box of Western X 380 ammo. my guess is from the 60s.
My question is, since they both have a pretty unique and cool packaging, should I open it and shoot it or keep it as a collector type piece?
P.S. when i found the ammo, there were two full enbloc clips and 10 more empty ones...unfortunately, the rifle was not part of the estate sale. total bummer!
