DMV Proof of Address Change

I'm currently in the middle of my 10 day wait after doing a PPT. Because of a recent move, the address on my license is not current. The LGS asked that I print out the proof of the address change from DMV's website. Apparently the page that I printed out (context shown below) is not good enough.

While I'm able to do so, the form that is printed does NOT show the old or new address.

After logging in I go to Change of Address -> Click Start -> Make sure that Change Drivers License/ID Card Address Only is checked.

Click on Check Update Status -> Click on Check Drivers License/ID Card Update Status.

I was expecting a page that showed my old address and my new address, however I get this instead.

Aside from going to the DMV in person (something I absolutely hate doing) is there another way to show proof of address change?

I did submit that, but they need DMV proof that my address on my DL has been changed. Wish it were that easy.

Current car registration with change of address would do it. Getting a DMV printout is pretty painless if you make sure to make an appt online first for it. I did for the very next day when I had to buy a rifle. Make an appt. You head straight to the appt line at the check in desk and bypass all the other poor shmucks who decided to just drop in. Take a seat and be outta there in 10-15 minutes.

Drivers history report will have your new address if you did indeed change it at the DMV.You used to be able to print a 1 year report online, but it looks like its offline. Go into the DMV And get one(they are like $5-15, depending on how many years you want).

Absolutely agree. However, next appointments at the 3 DMV's close to me are all past my pickup date.

I may just go in as early as I can and hope that being near the front of the line that I'd get helped quicker.

Yeah, the guys helping me do the PPT at the LGS mentioned that other guys had some DMV doc that showed the old and the new address. Maybe it was the history report you are talking about.

In any case I'll be at the DMV bright and early (argh!) to take care of this. Was hoping I didn't have to.

get there at least 45 minutes before they open, and you will be in an out in less than 30 minutes(not counting waiting outside before they open).
