Vertical Grip "cannot ship in CA?"

I just need some help, why the " TAPCO interfuse vertical grip " cannot be used or purchsed by Californians?

Hah! All depends on who you choose to purchase from. There are couple Anti-CA shops out there.

Roushstage2: Yes! I was trying to get it from Cheaper Than Dirt.

If it is in any way, shape, form or remotely related to anything to do with ARs, Cheaper Than Dirt won't ship it to CA. Even if it is an "AR" sling ("AR" is in the title of it). eBay usually has some pretty good prices.

Allied Armory has both the Tapco shorty and regular vertical grip

CTD is weird in that they will ship you one thing but wont with something else.

FYI.
Cheaper Than Dirt is an anti-CA vendor and it is their policy to not sell/ship anything they think is illegal to CA.

I added that grip to my cart on Brownells and MidwayUSA. Went up to the point of payment and didn't receive any warnings about not being able to ship it to me.
