What is needed to purchase from Canada?

I see a rifle on a Canadian auction site "Gunaddicts.com" that I want to purchase.

Can this be done and what is needed besides the normal FFL stuff??

Good luck in finding a FFL in CA that will go along with getting you a Form 6. Research all the fess/costs involved like Customs, what the FFL will charge for the Form 6 & the shipping charges. Many shippers have a nice little scam with hidden fees for boarder crossings & transferring to another shipper. Unless it's a super rare gun, you will be much better off finding one that is already in the US.

I figured as much on all of this. I just don't know which way to go to get it done.

The gun I'm looking at is very common in Canada but not so much in the U.S. because it was produced there.

I know most of you will say that the Globco Mohawk 555 is a total bubba job on an SVT-40 but hey, we all have our hangups and i'm a .303 British freak. I just gotta have one of these
