Did you fill out a Form 1, get a CLEO signature, get finger printed, pay the $200 making tax & wait approx 4-6 months to get your approved NFA tax stamp from ATF before doing your test? Oh yeah, you can't because CA won't give you the needed Dangerous Weapon Permit.

ATF has successfully prosecuted that a cardboard toilet paper roll tube stuffed with wadded up TP is a silencer. It was upheld by the courts.

BTW the AK uses a round that is supersonic so anything you put over the muzzle won't work. You would need special subsonic ammo. The SEAL would have to use his teeth to pull the projectiles out of the rounds & dump some of the propellant powder charge out. He would then have to use his teeth again to crimp the case so the bullet won't get pushed into the case when feeding. Obviously a real operator didn't write that book.

So, was this a red onion or a sweet onion? I've heard the red onions work fine, but the sweet onions don't (except for the ones from Maui). When you try again with the proper onion, don't forget to video tape.
