    PPT question

When doing a person to person transfer, i know i need my HSC, ID and current utility bill. Question is, does the ID address have to match the utility bill address? Wondering because I just recently moved and I am interested in doing a PPT with someone.

    Are you transferring or receiving?

you should be able to write the change of address on the back of the ID and use a current utility bill or car registration if you are the buyer in a PPT

If your buying both of your proofs of ID need to have matching address. Some places will not accept the self filled change of address, they will insist on a DMV printout showing change of address.

+1 everything has to be solid or you will get nothing but problems. Have all your ducks in a row first.

Sorry, but no. If your drivers license is wrong, a single POR, not 2, Will clear the requirements

Do tell, I'm only relaying what I have seen many times when someone attempted to use the self filled change of address. Legal or not many FFL's reject it.

Also, you need 2 Proof of Residence, not 1 when purchasing a HG, so I dont get what you mean when you state that 1 POR will "clear the requirements".
