My brother gave me a wicked surprise last week. He had been "taking my advice" on a rifle build only to find out he built a rifle to my specs to surprise me. Wasnt supposed to be done till next month but the NF came in early.

Rem 700 LA in 338 Lapua Magnum
Mcree Precision Chasis custom milled to accept longer mags for a higher COAL
NF NXS 5.5-22 x56 scope with the MLR reticle
Harris swivel bi pod
Larue one peice rail
Larue OBR mount
Reason for the QD mount is i have the same glass mounted on my 308. two is one, one is none. With this i have 2 scopes exactly the same so i know the adjustments and can swap between the two easily if for any reason the scenario needs it.
reason for the stock being bare aluminum is there is a guy here in vegas that cerakotes at a good price, so to save 75 on the stock we went bare aluminum.
