UGG. I HATE GD CALIFORNIA! they can't create a policy that effectively creates a new law. We can carry in unincorporated areas minus exceptions like school zones, PO etc.
Just another illegal policy that has to be LITIGATED which costs money. They just pass rules for nothing with impunity and leave us to invest our living and our time to fight them.
