Just watching the news in San Diego (KNSD Channel 7). The reporter was talking about two officers that got shot recently. He said the suspect used an "M1 Garand Military Assault Rifle". WOW?

I have a Marlin 60 .22 cal that holds 18 rounds, I guess these liberal-media types would consider that a assault weapon too!
