    DROS question... A little different.

OK so I have this rifle coming in, but now my buddy wants to buy it off me before I have even DROS'd it though I already paid for it from an out-of-stater.

Can he just pay me the money, and go do the DROS without me liek I would have done?

I am thinking he can since the DROS will be against him and he will own it right? It's basically like he used my credit card to buy it... or is there some legal snafu in there somewhere equating it to a straw purchase...
"War is a racket. It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives. Only a small 'inside' group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes."

if you have not done your dros, he can do the dros himself. it doesnt matter who paid for it as long as the one who will take possesion of it does the dros. if you have done the dros you will have to do a ppt to get it in his name.

Thieves are the lowest form of life out there, except for liberal politicians, of course, but that's redundant.
