    Trading Rifles Question!

I've been wanting to trade my CZ452 Trainer for a Ruger 10/22 and I have a question.

When trading long guns(i.e. rifles) you do not need to do a PPT correct? You can just meet somewhere and trade there without the need to do paperwork correct?

Also, I know there is a "No longer in possesstion" paper, and IIRC this paper is not mandatory, correct?

BTW, if anyone has a 10/22 they want to trade for a awesome bolt action, PM me.

you`ll still need to do the ppt and wait the 10 days.unless theyre both over 50 years, which i doubt.then you could do a cash and carry deal.

yup you need to do a PPT at an FFL for it to be legal.
In any type of fight, & especially gun fights, there are no winners ..... just varying degrees of losers. The only fight you win is the one you never get into.

          1. The FFL will most likely charge you $35 (maximum) including the DROS.

          2. No, that form is not necessary.
