The move from Florida to Travis AFB is just about complete. I have already visited a local range and got some rounds downrange.

I am coming to terms with the Laws. Now that I am here, instead of saying how crappy they are, I am now just complying. Ie: bullet buttons, low cap mags, and transport in the vehicle.

Once I get settled in I need to find some places to fish for salmon, and do some hunting. I bow, rifle, handgun, and primitive hunt. I fish also but mainly interested in wade fishing for salmon here. Any areas or spots you guys suggest? I'm not asking you to give up your honey hole, just a general area. If you don't want to post it here PM me...

For Salmon try the shoreline of the Benicia State park. Using lures like big mepps and big spoons. Other than that you can checkout Isleton and Rio Vista.
