    Galloway Precision

Have a question and a comment about them. First, why the heck is stuff NEVER in stock there, was hoping to get an LCI delete for my SR9c from them, but, of course, out of stock. Was looking through their selection for the LC9 since I will probably be adding one to my arsenal tomorrow, and of course, LCI is out of stock, and the trigger upgrade parts aren't in stock and require you to send in your factory parts for modification instead. I remember checking the website back in July and they didn't have these things in stock then either, what is the point of running a company if you aren't able to supply the parts your customers want?

Secondly, is it worth while to get the trigger upgrade from them? I was planning on going with an RTK trigger in the gun regardless, just need to decide if I am going to order the short stroke trigger from RTK or wait to get the galloway upgrade and get the tactical trigger.

Anyone on here have the short stroke trigger from RTK? Opinons on it vs factory trigger, regrets, wish you had gotten the galloway upgrade and tactical trigger?

    Thanks

I can comment on the Galloway LC9 trigger mod as I have it done to mine. In stock form my whole family didn't care for the LC9, way too long of a trigger pull and reset was ridiculous. I found Galloway on this site by doing a little search on LC9's. Watched the videos on how to take the gun apart, did it, and sent my parts. I also ordered the heavy recoil spring. Parts came in, I put the gun together and went to the range. Everyone loves the gun now, one thing I did notice though, the recoil spring seemed to short and the slide didn't have much tension when fully closed. I emailed them about it and they sent a new spring right away. Absolutely love the gun with the mods.

Bought myself an LC9 today. Took it to the range and after putting a few mags through it and adjusting to the trigger I was putting down decent groups at 25'.

Once my SR9c gets back from Ruger I'll probably send the bar and hammer to Galloway for modification.

Liking the gun a lot since its almost as easy to conceal as my LCP but packs an additional round of a more effective cartridge.
