      Hmmm...

So the PMAGs say 10/30 and the Glock 22 mag just said it was 15 rd. nothing about rebuild kit. Then again, I'm not exactly sure what that is.

Do some searching on rebuild kits.

Below is some recent discussion, on a vendor who wasn't supplying parts kits, and had some people up in arms.

There are shooters in their twenties claiming to have received magazines upon entering 1st grade. Others trying to say the have one or two of the handful of HS2000 (XD) magazines that entered the country before 2000. There is a thread in the WTS forum right now for group buys of Glock rebuild kits when 10rnd mags are plentiful. We've got other threads hinting to illegally import or manufacture large capacity magazines and wait out the 3yr statue of limitations. It's a wonder that any legit business is willing to sell rebuild kits to us.

Maybe those Glock 22 mags are for Law Enforcement and Military only?

Standard capacity magazines are not illegal to own in this state, and there are exempt persons who can still buy them as well.

If you are selling rebuild kits, which are just broken down mags. I imagine you would have some to sell out of state or to exempted persons.

Calegalmags is legit. I buy from them when I can.

As far as people 'buying more rebuilds when there are plenty of ten round mags...' Cry me a river. I dont see whose business it is what I do with legal products if they stay in a legal configuration, which is a monumentally stupid concept to begin with. Even if people are technically breaking arbitrary and immoral guns laws, well, join the DA's office, get out there and bring those criminals to justice...

Why are you worried about it?!

I have been buying firearms since 1987, most came with original capacity magazines. I also am a shooter mags wear out, and I need to replace parts ( which is 100% legal ) here in Kali. So again- why are you so worried?

If you don't own original capacity mags prior to 2000, then don't order/or use magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds. Why question what the law states is legal for those that have the option to use. You Mad or something.

I dont think he is worried. I think he is honestly trying to figure what the **** is up with California gun laws.

                  Its a process...

Maybe I was a bit rough in my reply.

Ok- prior to 2000 you could legally own over 10 round mags. A lot of CA gun owners own these magazines. When we shoot our firearms parts wear. To keep our legally owned gun accessories we have the option to rebuild those parts. Thus these companies sell us parts to keep our original mags.

You don't own original capacity magazines prior to 2000, well the. This POS state and its politicians- do not trust you enough to buy/or use ' high capacity baby killing cop murdering mags! Do You Get Me!!

cheaper to get a rebuild kit and modify into 10 round magazine before assembling.

Standard capacity mags are not illegal to use for everyone in CA. Maybe they sell to LEO.

Why? I spend a chunk of the year in either Oregon, Texas or Washington. I have carry permits for all those states that I cant use here, I have mags broken down that cant use here either.

There's a big ol' world outside California, its called America.
