I've named most of my guns, the last few additions are still nameless, but that will change as soon as I find something fitting.

I just use the roll mark,model and or caliber,when referring to a particular firearm.

My thought as well. Why change its name from Colt to something else, Colt is a great name. As is Winchester and Ruger, and Vaquero is an awesome name.

Sure, I name my guns... not.

Other than the names they come from the factory with (that would be make and model), they all have the same name; "@#()%)*%!!", the name I call any inanimate object when it malfunctions or otherwise fails to do my bidding.

I've never fallen prey to the anthropomorphic fallacy of naming machinery.

I do not name mine. I also do not name anything that is not living. I do call my firearms my their cartridge/make/model/ manufacture sometimes but I do not consider that a name.
