Thumbs up for Ruger Customer Service

Long story short, I had to send my MK III back because I put it back wrong. Ruger received the gun on 9/4 and right now it's on the way back to me. I will receive it on the 12th.

    Now that's efficiency.

It always feels good when you get good customer service and you will gladly be a returning customer. Too bad more company's are not like that

You know I love ruger but I did have a bit of a problem.

I sent back a SR9c because of light primer strikes, when I received my pistol back they said I assembled wrong. Well the real issue was a weak striker pin, lots of people have this issue and my spring was replaced, why they didnt put that down?? I have no clue.

                Ruger CS rocks but sometimes...

I had to send my new Ruger P90 back. Curious. They very specifically directed me to send ALL magazines. I had four, 2 that came with the gun & 2 ordered online. The fail to feed problem occurred with all four.

They paid the freight both ways & I had my gun back in 2 weeks. The invoice said "Replaced extractor." No surprise there. But also "Repaired 4 magazines." Wait. What? My guess is that Carl the FNG was on the line one Monday morning & sent out a ********load of mags with upside down springs.

Over all I love ruger products, most of my firearms are of the ruger brand.
