SGAmmo sent me the incorrect ammo

SGAMMO ROCKS! Due to some small warehouse sorting error I received the incorrect ammo and SGAmmo immediately fixed the issue by sending me a prepaid UPS sticker to ship it back. In the meantime they went ahead already and sent me the correct ammo.

Thats weird that happened. I think they should return it but It might be against the law or policy to return ammo whats it opened up?

FWIW, SG Ammo has been nothing but courteous and efficient with the 15k rounds of ammo I have bought from them this year. I would have given them a chance to respond before posting my beef with them on a public forum. Hope that they take care of you, mistakes happen.

Thank you guys, well I didn't say anything negative about them, just asking if this has ever happened and what can be done. And guess what, SGAmmo did contact me right away as I was posting the original post and it was just a simple warehouse error and they will take the ammo back so yes I am already very happy with their amazing customer service. So please consider this post as a HUGE PLUS and high recommendation for SGAmmo as I will be ordering from them again in the future.

*If a moderator thinks this thread should be deleted that'd be fine with me too. There was never an intention to bad mouth SGAmmo.

Happened to me once with TargetUSA. They just send me a prepaid UPS shipping label, marked for ammunition. Sent it back in original packaging.

Trust me if you saw the sort process youd wonder how it doesn't happen almost every order

You cannot go wrong with SG Ammo. Sam and his staff are some of the nicest folks. Ammo prices and shipping are more than fair along with their customer service which is better than most ammo dealer/distributors I have dealt with. It's a win win.

Dont know if you can but maybe update your OP and thread title so it reflects that SGAmmo took care of the issue satisfactorily.
