How was your experience with them? Only asking, because I just ordered one of their 590A1 heat shields. Placed an order for it via their web store. At the time of ordering, I didn't know if there was a different heat shield specific to both the 18.5" and 20" barreled models. Well, after reading through a number of old posts in different forums, there seems to be a small difference. Their web store only had one heat shield listed. So I thought, no problem: ordered it on a Saturday night, will give them a call on Monday morning. So I give them a call on Monday to see if I can change the one I ordered for one made for a 20" barrel. The receptionist on the phone tells me that the person from the workshop isn't available and to just leave my name & number, and someone will get back to me asap. Wait a whole day, and no one called back. Called back the next day and got the exact same response (literally word for word). I finally told the receptionist to hold my order (make sure not to ship) until someone confirms with me. They say ok. I also sent them an email (which, supposedly is also viewed by the owner) via an address I found on shotgunworld, but never received any replies. Two days later, I got a tracking number. I thought maybe they read my email or got the message from my previous calls. Well, today I just got the package, and it ended up being the one for the 18.5" instead of the 20". Unbelievable! Now I'm stuck with a heat shield that won't properly fit and I'm down 70 bucks. Really, REALLY pisses me off.
