Yup. It's good to see the image of security guards is slowly changing. It's also good to see one that obviously went above and beyond on his training. My bare minimum training sucked. Read this book, answer these questions, sign here, congratulations. Once you pass the background check you are a security guard.

I'd guess training and a lot of practice. Nice smooth draw right into a solid grip without looking at the holster. He gets off the mark and keeps moving laterally. Definitely got rounds on target even while on the move. Not easy to do when the adrenaline hits you like a freight train. Actually, it's rather impressive.

Hopefully, the one captured will lead to the other two.

Nice job! He definitely had some prior training. He looked smooth on the draw and in his movement while shooting. Maybe retired LEO or military background.
