How is McCain doing on votes? My dad was going to vote for Hillary because he too like me loved how America's economy was when Bill Clinton was running the US, but after I showed him all the possiblities of gun control laws Hillary might make, he wants to try to vote for a Republican.

Also that economy you attributed to Kilnton was just like the economy we have had this last few years that is coming to an end.
It is based on a fiat currency that is footed in nothing but false promises and lies.
Under Clinton it was fueled by empty tech company stock and the industries around them.
Now most recently it was housing.
Klinton had nothing to do with it any more than Bush did the housing market economy boom, now defunct.
The difference being the media loved Clinton and hates Bush.
The day before Bush(HW) lost to Slick Willie the Media was full of bad economic news.
The day after most of the news stories showed a rosy economy....Bubba hadn't even taken office and nothing had really changed but the reporting.

We calgun members should have a state buy as much ammo and guns as you can in a week when she is sworn in. Go to the stores and clear out their supplies. Then the stores will quickly resupply more creating a bigger market. To answer the question, most likely i would pick quantity. I would buy a clipfeed sagia rifle with lots of ammo. Then i would buy a bunch cheap Mosin Nagants and similar type of russian rifles and bury them with tons of ammo. Anyone interested in starting an official jan 1-7 2009 "CA buy lots of guns day"?

Not all of them. You have to keep something next to your shovel so you can get to them. Where does one bury them though? on your property, desert, sandbox at the park?


I don't really see Hillary being the one to insite ARII,but I whole heartedly believe that what she does in office will start the ball rolling, she will take all the inches that will be stretched to give someone truely bad a free ride.

We have been there for a while I think. When was the last time you flew or had a hotel room without using ID. I understand having to provide ID for a rental car and I can accept air travel but I can't accept using ID for hotels.

Back on topic. I hope to buy an AR-15 and an FN-FAL next christmas when I'm back in Utah and store them at my parents house till I move back.

where have you been? the media has all but given her the keys to the white house. that's why the thread title is "when she wins".

If anything it's Obama who's gotten the star treatment. The media (especially the democratic tv pundits like Chris Matthews and Tim Russert) can't stand her.

If Mccain can go the distance through the convention, he'll pull a lot of conservative democrats over to his campaign -- who are sick of the Clintons and who are a little afraid of turning Obama loose. And Obama is polling very poorly among Hispanics/Latinos nationwide.

Clinton loaned her campaign $5million -- she has been out-fundraised by Obama two months in a row -- something on the order of 2-to-1.

It also remains to be seen whether either Democratic nominee can avoid a fight at the convention.

Here's why Clinton got so many votes: Sunday and Monday on TV during shows on different channels (Sci-Fi, USA, TNT, Spike, whatever) I saw multiple Clinton campaign spots. I don't remember seeing one Barack spot the entire time. I remember thinking during the last few Clinton spots "hey, where are the Obama ads? this is why he's going to lose", I totally jinxed the election.
