Imbert & Smithers got in huge consignment collection

I was just in there (Bay Area - San Carlos) and was told they got in about 70 rifles over the weekend for consignment. They had several SKSs, Enfields, a few ARs (.308 and .5.56) some Swiss guns, a MAS 49, .338 Remington 700, plus a bunch more bolt guns, shotguns, etc.

If you know that place you already know they are normally crawling in used guns and you also know they are not always the lowest prices. But you can always make a lower offer.

BTW if you haven't been there in a while you might be surprised to find they have embraced the Off List rifle. There was a whole rack of AR's in the new section and a new looking used Daniel Defense carbine among the consignment guns ($1500 with lots of extras).

You know I did see some lever guns there. I didn't pay much attention to them so I can't tell you what they were but I know I saw some.

Yes they have quite a few lever guns on the used rack. I go in about once a month to go through their used racks and lever guns are on the top of my list. Also have quite a few used side by side shotguns.

If you are looking for lever action rifles, give J&G Guns in Roseville (actually Granite Bay) California a call. They have a lot of consignment and estate lever actions, some of them fairly old.
