    Shooting Glasses - big head?

Anyone have a big head and have found a good pair of shooting glasses that fit comfortably?

I dont have a watermelon, but its bigger than normal and its hard to find glasses that fit right.

The ones from WileyX seem decent, but I cant find anywhere that sells them that has a big enough inventory for me to try a bunch on.

I was looking at the Brick model and most likey would remove the climate insert:

    Any other brands out there??

    Lab Safety Supply

They have a few for large heads. These are the ones I wear (over my glasses):

Just search for "large head safety glasses" and see if you like them.

    Good outfit to buy from.

You need to think outside the (gun) box.

Safety glasses are available at Home Depot, Lowes and even Harbor Freight. You can get them in all kinds of lens colors and you can sometimes try them on depending on packaging.

Best thing: They're CHEAP compared to "shooting glasses".

        Plus one.....................

.................... On below advice. You can pick up polycarbonate safety goggles for around $3 that cover your regular glasses, retain them from moving down and protect from brass coming from the side. Less than stylish, but very effective.

Yep, and they look like it too:

Nobody's gonna take you seriously in all your 5.11 finery with these things on yer face.

Don't forget, a well-glassed visage scores major points with the range bunnies too.

I like Smith and Wesson Magnums. UVEX are good. I haven't had a lot of luck with ones at the hardware stores. They generally suck as far as optical quality. AOSafety being the worst of the worst.

This is so funny..... Too bad you missed it.

Home Depot safety glasses. Available right there in the tool section. $8.99 each plus tax.

I'd say to keep on looking for a WileyX dealer. I have a big head and have found that their frames fit me very well. The plastic they use on the frame is also more flexible that most of the oakleys that I have tried, so it conforms to the face better.

I purchased the ESS ICE-2X and UPS just arrived... they are sweet!

Only $70 bucks and I got two pair. A clear lens and a smoked, the fit is perfect!
