      Looks a little odd and warped.. Is that one of the shrink-on camo covers or something?

          Yeah it definitely looks like the wrap style camo. It apparently comes from DPMS this way..

                      Sorry, but that looks terrible.

                      It has directional orientation in each section. Camo is supposed to be random.

                              The problem with any oriented camo is what happens when you change orientation. Vertical lines might blend in great when you're walking through the jungle, but if you prone out then your lines are perpendicular to the natural orientation. Random is for a reason.
