What I'll bring home in 10 days.

    *Updated with pics.

Just when I told the gf that I was happy with my collection and that I would be done for a little while I go out and buy this. NIB with cardboard box and all original papers for $650.

Here are some pics I took today after I brought her home. I only wished the previous owner had stored her differently because the plastic case caused some light scratches. Still, she is new.

Dude, is that the original receipt from Costa Mesa Guns on Harbor Blvd. that used to be Daves Guns back in the early 80's? It is, dated 93. I went to school with the owner of Costa Mesa Guns son. An Armenian guy. I believe he killed himself there. Anyway.................

Pretty sure it is. The seller said he purchased the gun in 93. Of course I didn't keep the original receipt though.

Always keep receipts, it shows a trail of provenance which comes very useful as the gun becomes older and goes up in value.

Problem with that is, the receipt has the original buyer's personal information which really didn't matter in the end because the guys at Turner's gave both of us copies of the DROS which showed all of our personal information. All of my previous PPTs, even at Turners, the sales personnel would copy the upper portion of the DROS while cutting off the seller's info.

I've had a PPT done at Turners before, and as the seller I received a copy of the PPT form that they have both parties sign and initial so that my records indicate that I transferred a gun to someone else. Granted, both parties info is on that form, but it was not a DROS worksheet. I've never received a copy of the DROS form as a seller. At any rate, nice purchase! You did really well.

Nice, I like the flattened slide. But, it's not serrated?

Top of slide is not serrated. A bit different but I like it. Looking forward to shooting her and then I'll decide if I want to customize.
