    Cobray PM-11

Is this legal to purchase in California? Without all the assault weapon features?

Not completely sure, but would doubt it.

Threaded barrel is a no-no. Difficulty in finding a 10 round mag. Wieght may place it in the AW category.
Heck, I'm not even sure if it is already in the "named AW" category already!

The person that I am trying to purchase this from has a 10 round mag that comes with it. I guess I have to contact the DOJ.

Just out of curiousity, can you share with us the asking price of this PM11? I'm just wondering if the rumors of these costing $700 are true, via PPT.

Ugh! No! Don't get one! They are horrible!

I purchased a PM-11/9 carbine in 1999 and it's brought me nothing but trouble! If you can get it to cycle more than 4 rounds your in luck and it's horribly inaccurate. You are better saving your money and getting a movie prop (non-firing) one, it will do you just as good at a fraction of the cost.

I would LOVE to sell you mine except it's registered as a CA AW.

I still kick myself for choosing the Cobray over the Special weapons SW-9 HK clone. UGH!! what as I thinking?
