Huge thumbs up for Ade's!

After agreeing to trade my CZ P-01 to FlyingPen for his Nikon D50, we decided to do the swap at Ade's.

Unfortunately, we decided to meet up today, Wednesday, the day Ade's is closed. Fortunately, I called beforehand just to make sure they were open. As usual, Ade answered the phone and was as polite as can be.

"We're closed Wednesdays."

"Crap! Well, is there an FFL nearby where we can do the PPT?"

"Sure, if you want to pay $125. What time did you say you were gonna meet up, again?"

"At 1pm."

"Well, I'll turn around and meet you fellas there at 1:05pm."

How's that for service?!?

Can't beat that with a stick, boy. Worth the 90 minute drive (traffic on the 5 was hellacious). Will definitely bring him as much business as I possibly can.

I ran into the same situation last week with a PPT for a shooting buddy.

My friend and I both met there at Ade's at noon, and he does not open until 1pm.

I drove down from SFV and my friend drove up from San Diego.

Ade was really Polite and very cool, he let us in early, we chatted a bit and because Ade was really cool with us, I helped Ade sell my buddy an Off List AR he had in stock, so my buddy dros'd 2 rifles that day.

I like helping good people out and since Ade was nice enough to let us in and he is one of the people who set the benchmark for Great Customer Service!
