Hi every one I am thinking of selling few longs on the Calguns.net, and was thinking it there an Limited of how many gun you can sell? law because I am not an FFL? Thank you

I have cash ready and a great ffl to do the transfer......unless you have some old...old ww2 type guns..or sks... we can shake hands with cash: )

limit is 6 per year without being a gun dealer. having said that, I can't find a case of someone being prosecuted for exceeding that by selling off a collection in a reasonable fashion. Try to keep it to 6 or less transactions. Dont do anything that would make it seem as though you were now in the business of selling guns...

50+ years old = C&R = Cash and Carry. Otherwise transfers must go thru an FFL for the PPT.
