30 to 50 cents per round.

But, this is the parts and accessories FOR SALE section. Are you selling it or just getting information about it. This is in the WRONG forum.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum. I really wasn't sure where to post it.

I have about 600 rnds that I'd like to sell but wasn't sure how much they go for nowadays.

So why the price difference? .30 to .50 cents / round. How can I distinguish how much mine are?

People are getting 50c/rd for South African, and Rad Green is better. I'd sell it for 45-50c, I'm not much of an ammo gouger.

Uh, b/c ppl sell for different prices. If you want it to fly out the door within a few minutes of posting it, post it for 30 cents per round. If you are patient, then list it at 55 cents per round, and it will still probably sell, just not as quickly. Your ammo is very good quality. With the current ammo market, I wouldn't sell for less than 45 cents per round.

Daaang! I'm getting low balled left and right on my PM. hehe.

I now know how much they are worth and I thank you all. But it seems that nobody here wants to pay what they are worth. So I think I'll just post it on Gunbroker or maybe I'll just keep them.

                        Have you tried posting it????

Why would people low ball you? That gunbroker auction has 11 bids with a "buy now" price of $275 for 400 rounds.

Well, I've received PMs for as low as $200 for all 600 rounds. lol. Now I don't know about you but I think that's low balling. I've also received 6 PMs since I've posted, about offers to purchase none of which come close to .50 / rnd. That's why I said that I was being low balled already.

Now I said I was naive about the price of the ammo, but I never said I was naive about what the ammo is all about. I know this is one of the best surplus ammo around, which is why I bought them to begin with. I also know that this type of ammo is very hard to find. Folks that have it either use it or hang on to it. I've shot this out of my Savage 10FP with sub MOA at 100 yards. It's definitely not the cheap unwanted stuff... like Indian or Chelean.

You're right, maybe I'll have to post it on the for sale section. I just wanted to get a feeler and they may not be worth selling after all. Maybe I'll just reload the brass after I shoot it. Who knows at this point.

                          Thanks anyway for everyone's input.
