    Bass Pro Manteca PPT

Does anyone know if Bass PRo in Manteca would do a PPT for a Saiga 12? I know some shops are funny about "questionable" firearms.

For the sake of your sanity do not do a pot at bass pro in Manteca . You will never get that time back. Go to Tracy rifle/ pistol, Tunn Tavern, or Elite Tactical

Tracy Rifle and Pistol, an extra 15 minutes for you, less for the guy from Hayward, they specialize in black rifles. Stay away from Bass Pro at all costs

ok thanks, I think I'm going to suggest barnwood arms in Ripon, I've transferred with them before and had a good experience.

+1 on avoiding Bass Pro! 4 hours to DROS a new Ruger 22/45, 4 hours to pick up. 8 hours total to buy a handgun.

Barnwood is fine, and there is a new gun ship across the street from Bass first exit into Manteca I think - Main Street.

Barnwood is great. There's a gal there named Emily that is super nice.

Elite is just on the other side of the freeway and they will get you in and out.

So true about the lost time. I did a PPT at Basspro because it was the only place open at the time; I bought an STI Grandmaster from a CalGunner from Bakersfield. It was a cross between buying a car and refinancing your house.

RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! Go right across the highway to Elite Arms! I just did a PPT at Elite Arms and they were easy to deal with. Barnwood Arms in Ripon is also good to go.
