Jus Lost my DaD 3 weeks ago... He has about 15 or so Pieces..My Mom Told me to Take em.. What do i gotta Do To put them in my name?

RAWs have to be turned in to police, sold out of state, or sold to CA ffl with proper permits. regular long guns can be transfered with no paperwork(IE mom hands the guns to you), handguns need to be voluntarily registered

It isn't a hard process, but if youre unsure, I suggest u go to a gun shop and ask them how to do it properly. Tenpercent firearms is really really good
