    Buying a used gun at a gun store

    Do you still have to wait 10 days if you buy a used fire arm from a gun store in California?

      Yes, all gun sales except for Curio and Relic eligible long guns (i.e. 50yrs or older) must have the 10day wait.

          If you are buying a C&R long gun from a gun store, and you do not have a 03 C&R FFL and a COE, you still have to wait 10 days.
