Thanks Noonanda. I was looking for something in Riverside to assist the buyer a little. More or less, Riverside was the center point for both of us, except he's got to make the trip twice.I see you are in indio, if you want to do a transfer and not have to drive to riverside, you can call Independent Firearms and Ammunition LLC in Yucca Valley, he only charges 25 for mail order transfers and PPT's are free except for DROS

I had many great experiences at Bright Spot with Chris, Dan, and Bob. All great guys and very knowledgeable about gun laws. They were at the forefront in the battle for off list lowers. They even got raided by Riverside PD & SO for selling "assault weapons" when they were simply off list rifles.
The owner, Jeff, got tired of dealing with ATF and DOJ regarding firearms. He is more focused on the pawn side of the business. The income from the firearms side was being eaten up by legal fees to fight DOJ and ATF hounding them all the time, and getting cleared for the selling of "assault weapons" that we're 100% legal.
I bought and sold guns there, and was always treated fairly.Last edited by Ron-Solo; 06-29-2012, 11:26 PM.LASD Retired

Warrior One is a very nice shop, but I call buffalo bagels on your comment regarding Bright Spot.
A lot of the stuff we are able to own today, OLL's and EBR's in general, are because of shops like Bright Spot.
These guys leaned into the strike zone, and took a high inside heater for the team, when the alphabet boys were looking for someone to make an example out of. They proved (at great expense) that they were 100% legal, and eventually got their guns returned.
The problem is that the other team are really sore losers, with unlimited resources. They just wore Bright Spot down with creative enforcement and harassment.
Every transaction I did there was great, and I'm sorry to see them get forced out of the biz. Then said He unto them...
"and he that hath no 1911 designed by my servant John Moses Browning,
let him sell his garment and buy one."
And they said, "Lord, behold, here are two Glocks."
And He said unto them, "Meh, it's a good start."

The guys at Warrior One Tactical were very helpful. They have a nice shop. Stop buy and say hello. Great service, nice weapons and a quick transfer.
I asked Mike about Centerfire, man that was some BS. I will make be sure to stay away from Centerfire.
