    Norse Armory

So after nearly a year still nothing.

I have talked to a detective who never returned phone calls.....

I have found out that all of the guns that had not DROsd have been purchased by a private individual......

So now someone who did not pay for my gun has some how purchased it and had it DROsd in to thier name....

Anyone else still dealing with this nightmare?

You are aware that Matt (owner of Norse Armory) has died, correct?

Oh yes... this started way before his death.

The last I heard from the detective was they were contacting people to get their guns back to them.

There were quite a few people affected by this, I was wondering who was still out a gun.

Last I heard, Woodland PD was going to hold all the guns for a year to give people a chance to come forward and claim them. If you have proof of purchase supposedly they'll let an FFL pick it up for you (Toro probably). Matt's dad has a list of the guns Woodland PD has, and I think anything that isn't claimed after a year will get transferred to him.

Was told by Toro today they were all ready transferred to another person, and I have to deal with that person to get the gun I paid for which he now has title to. So much for waiting for a year.

I hope the person who acquired those guns does the right thing and allows my self and others to the guns we paid for.

Lesson learned, I will never again pay up front for a pre ordered gun.....

What FFL would ever order a gun for someone that won't pay up front?

Next time just prepay on a Visa card, so you can stop payment on it if things go south.

Legitimate dealers who stock products, not hole in the wall shops that take your money and take care of you when they feel like it.
