    Age Dilemma for AW Registration...

Is there an minimum age limit in CA for the registration of an AW. I search the DOJ web site to no avail. If my off-list lowers becomes banned, I would like to give one to my son who will not be 18 for some time. Any help with the regs.
    Thanks,

I'd assume that standard ownership requirements would apply for rifles that being 18, and of course 21 for handguns... so even following that it wouldn't be possible. Thats provided its not 21 if its an assault weapon... either way isn't possible.

Thanks DRH for the link . But are there any new developments for this. I'm SURE there are a bunch of us that would want our AW's transfered to our family instead of DESTROYED...

As DRH pointed out, you can register it as a living trust.
