Cow Palace Gun Show …..

can you send me link first i've heard of it. -
Miwall booth has good ammo prices. Coldwar shooters will be there with nice shiny black rifles. Don't expect great prices, but you may find rare pistols. Saw few old Walther's but were expensive, mint looking M1 carbines that were also pricey. If costs little less than 20 bucks for parking and entry.

Of course it is worth it.
Why? Because I will be there all day at the Fred Thompson booth, and calgunners should come say hi
I have heard that the cow palace shows are a lot better now and get better each time they have it.Originally posted by harmoniumsAbsolutely, I've refused sale before.

Hmmm. It's supposed to be sunny & mid 60's in Castro Valley so I was planning to be at the range. I've already decided on Fred, should I swap a day at the range for a $20.00 park & enter fee?
And you know, I'd much rather spend that $$$ at the Bullseye in CV anyway.GOA Member & SAF Life MemberComment

I'm hoping to make it....got a meeting down that way a little later in the day....
But yep the Cow Palace has been getting increasing better with eye candy....the prices aint there yet..... but still worth the price of admissionI will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered....
I am not a number! I am a free man
1.)All humanity would be better off if Stoooopid hurt.
2.)Why is it that if guns are sooooo unsafe that you're 9 times more likely to die at the hands of your doctor?
3.)Remember...Buy it cheap & stack it deep

Howyadoin... the CowPie show has improved a lot since 2006 - sicne vendors can make some money off lotsa AR accessories.
BTW you might find those 45ACP mags you're looking for.
The deals aren't always *that* great, though, esp after parking. But if you want bulk ammo without driving to Reno show, that's pretty much it.
By contrast, the "TS" San Jose show is pretty much dying out.

Buying ammo is reason enough for me to go. Also I'm on the look out for a M1 Garand.sigpicComment

MilWal always has a reloading componet table. Winchester & Alliant powders, Winchester primers, a small amount of new Winchester brass and bullets. I usally hit there first as alot of stuff flies out the door right away. I use a small day pack to haul stuff with.Comment

Miwall has primers, no brass or bullets I believe. There used to be a fellow on the hard left as you enter, had powder, bullets & cases for a few shows but as of the last few nothing but powder. I guess my favorite for reloading is hunting down the odds & ends tables, getting a good deal.GOA Member & SAF Life MemberComment

Selling Your Stuff @ the Show
I don't know about others, but I have alot of stuff I just don't use or need. Half dozen entry level type scopes, about 30 holsters, some grips & such. Anyone know of a vendor there who likes to buy up the stuff?GOA Member & SAF Life MemberComment
