Tonight, they had a variety of fully auto AWs with high-caps including the Mac-10, UZI, some AK-47, and an M-16.

FYI, all of the above emptied their mags in 2 seconds.

i've seen an episode where Grant makes an automatic hammer cocking device for firing a revolver at super fast speeds.....not sure how that didn't raise any huge red flags!!!

By the time they aired it they jump thru a ton of hoops to get it....its not complicated. Have the $ and the right connection along with licenses and you can do a lot of things...

Aww c'mon guys they are able to call in a fighter jet on one of their episodes and you guys are worried about some AWs?

I believe when they film episodes with those AWs they are supervised by LEAs. During the episodes you can tell there are guys behind them with glasses and arms folded. I think those LEAs are the actual owner of those firearms and Mythbusters is just borrowing them.
