I carry a GLOCK because it runs 100%. Sure, it's ugly compared to an HK or SIG, but it never wears out. I don't worry about scratching it or holster wear. I just want 100% reliability and GLOCK does that for me.

Plus, the price is right.

I simply don't like them; I prefer SIGs and HK's.

However, I would never try to discourage someone else from choosing a Glock. The Glock's record speaks for itself, and I understand why the platform has been so successful.

I do enjoying harassing my friends who have Glocks about how butt ugly they are.

I carry a Glock because of the reliability, grip comfort, and aesthetics. There's nothing sexier than the sleek outlines of a Glock 22... And the grip... Oh, the grip... Its like Gaston Glock traveled into the future to measure my hands, went back, and designed the grip to fit my hands perfectly.

Personally my G17 is my least comfortable gun to hold. I think it's because the front of the grip is so wide and "squared off". I only keep it because every safe needs a Glock and I have standard caps for it.

My G36 is very nice to hold and if I lived in a free state it would be my CCW.

I don't carry a glock because I can't shoot one worth a darn. I have and carry a Kahr CW9 because it shoots well, doesn't fail and is a great carry gun with just enough grip and small enough for OWB carry. Officially I don't carry yet but my CCW test is next month as well as quiz by local SO. Its an easy one to get here in Eureka.

I carry my .50GI Glock because they don't make a .51

I had a Glock 23 as my first LTC gun. Sold it because, to me, just about everything feels better to shoot that a Glock. Bought an M&P Compact to replace it, and absolutely love the gun. A nice aspect is that it is smaller than the 19/23 so more easily concealed, but larger than than the 26/27 so more easily controlled when shooting.

Glocks are world-class guns. There are just some of us that hate the way they feel in the hand.

I don't own a Glock because they just do not fit my hands well. If they were comfortable in my hands I would own one.

The other reason is the thickness. They're just too fat for OWB carry if not wearing a jacket or at least a pretty heavy sweatshirt.

I don't carry a Glock because I live in LA county, so my chances of winning the lottery are better than my chances of getting a carry permit, also I can't stand the grip or trigger on Glocks.
