    Silver Legacy firearms policy?

A few friends and myself plan on going to Reno to make use of our C&R and just relax as the semester/trimester just ended. I have always had a good experience with Silver Legacy, but it would be the first time I would be bringing firearms to the establishment.

Can we just bring them through the lobby and into the room? Or present them to some security officer and they get locked up in some super secret squirrel safe?

Just want to know if anyone has any experience with Silver Legacy and their firearms policy.

    Thanks

I stay there once in awhile and have never had an issue with taking a hand gun with me to my room. Never took a long gun in.

we bought a sh*tload of ammo at Cabela's right before we stayed at silver legacy, and we walked in there with two of those rolly things, one with suits and suitcases, the other loaded with rifle cases and ammo crates. the guy at the front desk hardly even blinked. im sure you'll be fine. just make sure to secure them once you are in the room.

A group of us went up there in May. We stayed at Circus-Circus. He hijacked 3 of the bellhops luggage carts for rifles and some pistols. Security helped us wrap them up and make out claim tickets then we took them to the security office where they stayed until we used them in the sorrounding area. They took them back and stored them until we were ready to leave also. I liked that better than hauling them up to the 21st floor and leaving them in my room when not there. I would check with your hotel ahead of time and try to do the same. When I am just passing thru going hunting I just take them to my room as I will be gone in the AM.
