    My current options:
    • CMP Garand in .308 (but getting setup to buy is a pain and I won't have money to reload after the purchase)
    • SA 1911 Load in 9mm. Great reviews one of the best 9mm 1911 for the price
    • ACOG: I can afford it but I got no rifle to pair it.
    • RIA 1911 in 9mm + Reloading equipment
    • See a hooker 10 times.
See a hooker 4 times and buy a glock. Seriously id probably go with the SA 9mm and then as much bulk ammo you can. 9mm is cheap and I am now looking to stock up and get a conversion on my glock from 40-9 just because of the ammo. Or a real dirty smelly hooker 20 times?

half of you here are weak and lame that will basically wind up being happy with .22 single shot pistols or single barrel shotguns..

If I get the $50 BJ special then I can literally blow my money away LOL

What's tough is that I know I want a 9mm 1911 but I also know that a nice Garand in the .308 from the CMP is limited in supplies. The 1911 will be there as long as I have money.

I had a 9mm ria tac and it was a really good shooter. I had it less than 2 weeks and sold it after I found an SP01. The finish on the ria is real bad. Scratches from the factory where the safety meets the frame, and the overall finish was butt ugly.

I only ran 420 rounds through it but it ran like a top. No malfunctions when I had it. I should have kept it and just got it cerakoated when i had some extra dough.

I saw your posts about it. If only I had the money then.

I have no doubt that RIA are solid shooters but just not the prettiest gal on the block...
