Doubt it will be removed since it is still a controlled substance and cannot be used recreationally-just like any other drug. Only if written prescription:

"Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?"

Potheads will still have to lie if they want to purchase a firearm.
We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know we know they are lying, we know they know we know they are lying, but they are still lying. ~ Solzhenitsyn

Schedule 3 drugs do not fit within the question. Same as Tylenol. unregulated, no prescription necessary, not a depressant, stimulant or narcotic, no longer a controlled substance

Uhh, I don't think that's right. Schedule 3 is low risk of physical addicition, but high risk of psychological dependence.

          From Google:

A Schedule III drug under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act has a moderate to low potential for physical dependence but a high potential for psychological dependence, includes substances like ketamine, anabolic steroids, acetaminophen with codeine, and some Tylenol formulations, and requires prescriptions with specific limitations, unlike higher schedules.
          Key Characteristics:
          • Dependence: Moderate potential for physical dependence, but high potential for psychological dependence (addiction).
          • Examples: Ketamine, anabolic steroids, Tylenol with codeine, Vicodin (hydrocodone/acetaminophen), Suboxone, Xanax (alprazolam).
          • Medical Use: Accepted medical uses, but with strict regulations.
          • Prescription Rules: Can be refilled up to five times in six months, and prescriptions must be renewed after that period.

Trump said it would net be available for recreation use afterward. It's to make it easier for researchers.

              That is not correct.
