Anyone use EBR Works for middleman ffl transfers?

They are located in AZ, on their website they say they offer middleman transfer services. Anyone use them?
Some FFL's on Gunbroker will not send to Ca, looking for a middleman who does this service to accept item, then forward to my ffl in Ca.
    It's for a C & R pistol.
    Update in post 15.

I did back when they were in Ca. They followed through, zero issues.
There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?

      10 out of 10 - would recommend

They know what they are doing for sure.

EBR is an active member on this site. Good people. I'm sure they'll chime in soon enough.

Question for those that have used them, when a seller said they will not sell/ship to CA, how was the sales tax calculated? Did they use your CA address even thou the seller said no to CA? Did they use EBR address for the sales tax?
The auction is over Sunday evening so I am not able to contact EBR on the weekend.

Technically I think you are charged double sales tax. Gunbroker will collect it no matter what and so will your FFL. You could is your California address on gunbroker and have it sent to EBR but some sellers won’t sell to you with a California address and will cancel the auction. They don’t want to be tied to California in anyway. I would talk to the seller and see what they want. You could always change your address to EBR address but you will be charged double sales tax.

I've used EBR. Great service. Recommend.

Wondered how it went - I have seen where sellers have CA bidders excluded so I couldn't even bid on an item.

I will update in about 10 days or so. But, so far-so good.

You just change your address and then you are good to go. People do it all the time with having multiple homes.

EBR Works is great, have bought tons of guns through them and from them when they were here. Do it!

I purchased a gun from them when they were in California, and used them as a middleman FFL after they moved to Arizona. They are top-notch, you can't go wrong. Probably the best FFL I've ever met.

EBR is doing the lords work. Sometimes hero's don't wear capes.

EBR works is good to go. Former Californian’s who were lucky to escape. I’ve had many smooth transactions with them

                              Update:
Seller on Gunbroker contacted me before auction ended and said he would not ship into CA, but would ship to any other state for the middleman/transfer service. GB system would not allow him to accept me as a bidder, he was fine with me changing my account info showing an address not in CA. I won the auction, and in the checkout page it lists my "billing address" I edited that to show my address in CA. I used EBR as the FFL to ship to, then clicked proceed/accept. All the same taxes applied as if it would have been sent directly to an FFL in CA. The only additional cost was for EBR as the middleman and shipping to my FFL in CA. Process went well, just took longer to do.
