Hobart Mills, Truckee - Is It Open?

Does anyone know if the small Hobart Mills range in Truckee is open? Last time I was up there (and it’s been a few months) there was yellow tape blocking it off and I believe there was a “closed” sign.

I’ll be back up there later this week with a buddy and we were hoping to do some 9mm pistol shooting.

There is another range a few miles further toward Sierraville which has a locked gate and you retrieve the key from the Sierraville Forest Service Station. Also a range further at Boca as I recall seeing the sign. Have not been to any of these, used to just go into the forest to shoot, but hope this helps.
