There are a few things people can be exempt from. The one I think of right away is exempt from the HSC, or exempt from the roster

It's really not a good or bad thing. There are a handful of members here that have received an exemption that allows them to generate topics and post that are incoherent. Many of these members here that have retained such an exemption from the Janitor and his assistants to make a posts that no one understands or comprehends, but the OP's know exactly what they were intending to say. These types of "Exemption" posts tend to quickly veer off in various directions resulting in a cluster chasm of nothingness. So the answer to your question is either yes.......or no.
