If you are reading this expecting another bashing of a local gun store, I am sorry to disappoint you.

I was very undecided what I wanted for a home defense handgun, and I was probably the nightmare customer. I wanted to touch every gun in the case. I wanted to feel it in my hand to see how it fit. I had a bunch of questions.

Nic and Colby were very patient with me. They answered every one of my questions. They handed me handgun after handgun (some more than once). I finally settled on the Makarov pictured below.

Those guys are awesome! Every time I walk in there, I have a new AR/AK in my hands before I can even say "Hi". Between DAS and Parallax Tactical, we are incredibly lucky to be in SD. The customer service, available inventory, and competitive prices have prevented me from shopping anywhere else.

DAS was integral in getting my SCAR ca legal when I traded an AR for the SCAR from an out of state owner. Of all the shops in SD, they were the only shop to help make it happen.

I will be shopping there for my next 1911.

They're ballers. I never met them but they were very patient and understanding with me on the phone and got me my 1911. For any custom work or hard to get item, they're now my go-to guys.
