AW friendly FFL

Does anyone know of an FFL in the Ventura/Oxnard area that can handle assault weapons transfers to out of state buyers?

I really hope you can help the family out . If for some reason this turns into a issue and say the worst happens and they cannot be shipped for some kind of legal reasons out of state the receivers could be stripped/destroyed and the rifles can be sold legally in parts kits. That is something you can sell in CA .Depending on the rarity of the firearm the family can make out well .No FFL needed /100% legal to do ,cash and carry transaction.

There aren't too many gunsmiths or FFL's in California with the special AW/Dangerous weapons permit to accept those "assault weapons". Hopefully calling your local gunshops and they might know who does have one.

You need to call shops in your area to see if they possess permits to handle AW's.
But they will charge a fee to do so. To avoid the fee, if your buyer is close...say in Vegas, you could make the trip to an ffl there and meet the buyer.
And then you could spend the money you made from the sale at the tables.

This is essentially what I did with a AW, very easy if you have a buyer lined up for the parts, which I fortunately did....

I have dealt with Addax Tactical. They have the permits. They are in the San Fernando valley.
